USTR Taps Jim Sanford For Small-Business Czar

Law360, New York (January 22, 2010, 2:47 PM EST) -- Less than three months after committing to increasing exports for small- and medium-sized businesses, U.S. Trade Representative Ron Kirk has designated an assistant U.S. trade representative for small business, market access and industrial competitiveness.
