Law360, New York (January 22, 2010, 3:10 PM EST) -- A judge has allowed an antitrust lawsuit to go forward against the federal government alleging the U.S. Department of Justice illegally interfered with the business of a company selling software that helps government agencies maintain compliance with federal information security standards.
