US Walks In Bellwether FEMA Trailer Suit

Law360, New York (January 22, 2010, 1:41 PM EST) -- The federal court overseeing the multidistrict litigation over allegedly toxic trailers provided to hurricane victims has dismissed federal tort claims against the U.S. government in one of the first trials over the formaldehyde-laden housing.

Judge Kurt D.
