Green Group Seeks To Intervene In CAA Suit V. PG&E

Law360, New York (January 27, 2010, 3:32 PM EST) -- Communities for a Better Environment has moved to intervene in the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's suit against Pacific Gas and Electric Co. over the utility's failure to obtain a permit before operating a new facility, maintaining that a proposed settlement does not require the minimum that the Clean Air Act mandates to protect public health.
