Sony Slapped Over Dictation Technology Patent

Law360, New York (January 27, 2010, 3:13 PM EST) -- Voice Domain Technologies LLC has accused Sony Corp. of America of willfully infringing the Massachusetts-based company's patent related to dictation recording technology by selling voice recorder products.

The complaint, filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, marks the second time Voice Domain has targeted an electronics giant seeking damages and an injunction over the same patent.
