Judge OKs $1.2B Pilot Travel Centers, Flying J Deal

Law360, New York (January 28, 2010, 2:47 PM EST) -- The judge overseeing Flying J Inc.'s Chapter 11 proceedings has given the bankrupt oil company a green light to sell off assets to Pilot Travel Centers LLC in a deal Flying J said would provide about $1.2 billion in value to its estate, enable it to pay off all its creditors in full and provide a return for equity holders.
