House Launches Inquiry Into Toyota Recall

Law360, New York (January 29, 2010, 1:51 PM EST) -- The House Energy and Commerce Committee has called a hearing to examine Toyota Motor Corp.'s and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's responses to consumer safety complaints for Toyota vehicle models named in a massive recall Jan. 21.
