Senate Advances 2 NC Judges For 4th Circ. Seats

Law360, New York (January 29, 2010, 5:12 PM EST) -- The Senate Judiciary Committee recommended Thursday that the Senate approve the nominations of two North Carolina judges to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

The committee voted 19-0 to recommend Judge Albert Diaz, currently a special state superior court judge for complex business cases, and 18-1 to recommend Judge James Wynn, who is serving on the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
