Kelley Drye Age Bias Suit Signals New Worry For Firms

Law360, New York (January 29, 2010, 6:54 PM EST) -- Kelley Drye & Warren LLP is the latest law firm to face a U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission suit over its policy of forcing older partners off its equity ranks, but attorneys say any firm with mandatory retirement programs leaves itself open to charges of age discrimination.
