ITC To Weigh In On Impact Of Duty-Free Sleeping Bags

Law360, New York (January 29, 2010, 3:54 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission is reviewing whether certain types of sleeping bags should be duty-free as part of the U.S. trade representative's inquiry into the effects of the policy on a domestic sleeping bag maker.

The ITC announced in a Federal Register notice Friday that it was accepting written comments on the matter up until March 1, and plans to have its report to the U.S. trade representative by April 12.
