Aleris Trustee Ordered To Testify In Valeo Contract Suit

Law360, New York (January 29, 2010, 1:21 PM EST) -- A trustee for bankrupt Aleris Aluminum LP must provide testimony in the company's suit accusing Valeo Inc. of failing to pay for more than $1.4 million of aluminum supplied under a purchase agreement, but he doesn't have to travel to Michigan to give his deposition, a federal judge has ruled.
