Colo. Utility Settles Contract Suit Over $110M Project

Law360, New York (February 1, 2010, 4:03 PM EST) -- The Arkansas River Power Authority has settled a former member municipality's breach of contract suit over the ballooning costs of completing a $110 million project at a power plant in Colorado.

James O.
