Scottsdale Asks Court to Toss CTI Insurance Suit

Law360, New York (February 1, 2010, 6:24 PM EST) -- Scottsdale Insurance Co. has asked a federal court to rule that none of the four policies it issued to Centrifugal Technology Inc. covers the costs of a trade secrets case filed against the company and three directors.
