DOJ Targets Reading Railroad For Superfund Cleanup

Law360, New York (February 1, 2010, 5:25 PM EST) -- Successors to the defunct Reading Railroad have agreed to pay past and future oversight costs of environmental cleanup actions at a Superfund site in Pennsylvania, according to a newly filed suit by the U.S. Department of Justice.
