Greenlease Can't Dodge Environmental Cleanup Suit

Law360, New York (February 2, 2010, 1:53 PM EST) -- A federal judge has refused Greenlease Holding Co.'s bid for a judgment on the pleadings in rail car and barge maker Trinity Industries Inc.'s suit seeking to hold Greenlease liable for cleanup costs at a Pennsylvania manufacturing site.
