EPA Rolls Out New TSCA Rules On 15 Chemicals

Law360, New York (February 2, 2010, 4:07 PM EST) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has announced that it will require companies to report the use of 15 potentially toxic chemicals — many of which have been found to harm aquatic life or pose risks to humans — before manufacturing or importing them.
