Judge Stops Short Of Nixing Citgo Leukemia Suit

Law360, New York (February 2, 2010, 6:42 PM EST) -- In lieu of an outright dismissal, a judge has allowed the family of a former Univar USA Inc. worker to file a more detailed complaint against Citgo Petroleum Corp. and chemical firms in a suit alleging defects in the companies’ products caused the worker to develop a form of leukemia.
