Del. Chancery: Arbitration For All 'Business Disputes'

Law360, New York (February 5, 2010, 3:16 PM EST) -- On Jan. 5, 2010, the Delaware Court of Chancery (“Court of Chancery” or “court”) adopted new rules that gives businesses yet another reason to take advantage of the State of Delaware as a corporate forum as well as the Delaware courts as a dispute resolution forum.
