Tyco Denied Injunction In Maxi Pad Trademark Case

Law360, New York (December 7, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- Tyco Healthcare Group LP suffered a setback Wednesday when a federal judge denied its motion for an injunction in a trademark infringement case over maxi pad marketing terminology.

Judge Joseph Tauro denied Tyco’s motion to stop rival feminine hygiene product manufacturer Kimberly-Clark Corp. from using the term “Comfort Flex Wings” on its Kotex Maxi Pads’ packaging and advertisements.
