Law360, New York (February 4, 2010, 6:04 PM EST) -- Hedge fund manager Phillip Goldstein's long-running spat with Massachusetts Secretary of the Commonwealth William Galvin has taken a new turn, with Goldstein accusing Galvin of retaliating against him because of his prominence as an active opponent of excessive hedge fund regulation.
