Insurers' $10M Suit V. Chemical Cos. To Stay In US

Law360, New York (February 4, 2010, 1:49 PM EST) -- A judge has denied two insurers’ request to dismiss a suit filed by Millennium Inorganic Chemicals Ltd. over coverage for more than $10 million in claims stemming from a natural gas explosion, rejecting the insurers’ argument that the case belongs in the titanium dioxide maker’s home base of Australia.
