4th Circ. Revives Retirees' Suit Over UAW's Advice

Law360, New York (February 5, 2010, 3:25 PM EST) -- A suit by Chrysler assembly plant retirees alleging the United Auto Workers union caused them to lose out on a $70,000 voluntary retirement package was tossed by a district court that lacked jurisdiction to do so, a federal appeals court has ruled.
