Obama Nominates 4 New Federal Judges

Law360, New York (February 4, 2010, 6:28 PM EST) -- President Barack Obama has nominated four people to serve as federal judges in four different district courts around the U.S.

The nominees, announced Thursday, are Judge Josephine S. Tucker for the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, Judge Mark A. Goldsmith for the Eastern District of Michigan, Marc Thomas Treadwell for the Middle District of Georgia and Elizabeth Erny Foote for the Western District of Louisiana.
