US Loses Bid For Quick Win In $88M Citgo Oil Spill Suit

Law360, New York (February 5, 2010, 5:52 PM EST) -- Despite the U.S.' outcry over Citgo Asphalt Refining Co.'s discovery tactics, a federal judge has declined to grant the government summary judgment in a fight over $88 million paid by a federal fund to clean up a 2004 crude oil spill in the Delaware River.
