Contract Attys Sitting Pretty As Associates Deferred

Law360, New York (February 9, 2010, 2:58 PM EST) -- With the news that Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky and Popeo PC is scaling back 2010 associate start dates to 2012, some speculate that law firms may increasingly dole out lower-level work to contract attorneys instead of associates.
