Law360, New York (February 10, 2010, 6:43 PM EST) -- Two construction companies left with little to show for their duty to defend litigation against General Casualty Co. of Wisconsin are appealing a decision denying them punitive damages, just months after a judge slashed $3 million from the jury's damage award in their favor.
