Boston T Biased Against Women, Latinos: Class Action

Law360, New York (February 11, 2010, 7:47 PM EST) -- The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority has been hit with a class action alleging it discriminates against Latinos and women in hiring, promotion and pay.

Jose Pepe Rodriguez and Ilse Sullivan filed a public interest charge with the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination on Wednesday against the MBTA, known as the T, alleging violations of the state's employment discrimination laws.
