China Inks Free Trade Deal With Costa Rica

Law360, New York (February 11, 2010, 3:22 PM EST) -- China and Costa Rica have reportedly reached a free trade agreement that will eliminate duties on 99 percent of Costa Rican exports to China.

Negotiators from the two nations reached the deal on Wednesday, but the agreement faces an uncertain future in Costa Rica, according to Reuters.
