Bill To Counter Citizens United Takes Shape

Law360, New York (February 11, 2010, 5:51 PM EST) -- Sen. Charles Schumer, D-N.Y., and Rep. Chris Van Hollen, D-Md., on Thursday unveiled the framework for legislation in Congress that will attempt to counter the U.S. Supreme Court's explosive Citizens United ruling by putting new limits on corporate expenditures for political speech.
