Chinese Chicken Tariffs Draw Ire Of US Poultry Cos.

Law360, New York (February 11, 2010, 3:33 PM EST) -- China's recent imposition of steep anti-dumping duties on U.S. chicken products could shut out virtually all U.S. chicken exports to China in the foreseeable future, according to the head of the U.S. Poultry and Egg Export Council, who has urged Chinese officials to reconsider their “baseless” ruling.
