Pharmacies Stung In Medicaid Rates Suit V. Minn.

Law360, New York (February 12, 2010, 1:48 PM EST) -- A federal judge has dismissed most of the claims against Minnesota in a suit brought by a group of pharmacists over the state's recent 5 percent drop in Medicaid reimbursements on prescription drugs, citing the pharmacists' lack of standing and the federal government's approval of the payment reductions.
