Plaintiffs' Experts Can Weigh In At Hyundai Trial: Court

Law360, New York (February 16, 2010, 4:44 PM EST) -- Plaintiffs' experts will be allowed to testify in a trial over alleged defects in Hyundai Motor Co.'s 1999 model of the Sonata, a federal judge has ruled.

Experts will be allowed to introduce evidence on possibly preventable roof crush that may have led to the catastrophic injuries of plaintiff Misty Raley, Judge Joe Heaton of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma said in a ruling issued Thursday.

Hyundai had moved in limine to bar some of the testimony.
