Spain Investigates Colomer Role In Bath Gel Cartel

Law360, New York (February 16, 2010, 1:23 PM EST) -- Spain's competition regulator has opened a probe into the Colomer Group Spain SL, the latest inquiry in an investigation into an alleged shower gel industry cartel that has already led to €8.3 million ($11.6 million) in fines against several other companies, including Sara Lee Corp. and Colgate-Palmolive Co.
