Judge Orders Documents For Hedge Fund's Suit

Law360, New York (December 13, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- A judge has ordered defense technology contractor Telos Corp. and its former auditor, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, to turn over documents that may be helpful to a $51 million securities suit filed by Telos investors.

Boston-based hedge fund Costa Brava Partnership III LP filed suit against Telos’ Certified Public Accountant, Goodman & Co. LLP, in December 2005, after Telos allegedly failed to pay out $31 million to investors.
