Lloyd's Counters Coverage Claims In Teck Enviro Case

Law360, New York (February 17, 2010, 1:21 PM EST) -- Several Lloyd's of London underwriters have hit back at Canadian mining company Teck Metals Ltd.'s new breach of contract claim in an insurance coverage dispute stemming from the contamination of a Washington lake, arguing that their policies contain no duty to defend and that the claim is not ripe.
