Green Group Drops La. Agency From Clean Air Suit

Law360, New York (February 19, 2010, 3:23 PM EST) -- A nonprofit community group has dropped the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality from a suit accusing government officials of failing to take appropriate measures to protect Baton Rouge, La., residents from allegedly dangerous levels of air pollution.
