Law360, New York (February 19, 2010, 6:26 PM EST) -- A California appellate court has reversed a $6.2 million verdict against the city of Los Angeles in a case brought by a black, lesbian firefighter who claimed she faced discrimination on the basis of her race, gender and sexual orientation.
