CropLife Looks To Protect Interests In Polar Bear Suit

Law360, New York (February 19, 2010, 3:24 PM EST) -- CropLife America has requested to intervene on the side of the U.S. government in the Center for Biological Diversity's suit seeking to invalidate the trade organization's registrations for pesticides that allegedly jeopardize the threatened polar bear.
