N-Tron, Rockwell Must Mediate $35M Ethernet Suit

Law360, New York (February 19, 2010, 5:12 PM EST) -- A federal judge has ordered competing network technology firms N-Tron Corp. and Rockwell Automation Inc. to mediate N-Tron's claims that Rockwell lured it into a cooperative marketing agreement despite its intention to unveil competing products, costing N-Tron nearly $35 million in expenses and lost revenue potential.
