Sun Investors Appeal Lost Bid To Join Securities Suit

Law360, New York (February 22, 2010, 2:02 PM EST) -- Annandale Partners LP and other investors with roughly $250 million invested in three funds run by Sun Capital Inc. are appealing the denial of their request to intervene in a securities case against the company.

The investors filed a notice of appeal Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida signaling their intent to challenge Judge John E. Steele's Jan. 21 decision barring them from intervening in the case.
