Fusilamp Hits Littelfuse With $100M Patent Suit

Law360, New York (February 23, 2010, 4:19 PM EST) -- Fusilamp LLC has accused Littelfuse LLC of breaching a royalty agreement and infringing a patent for a fault-indicating fuse, claiming that the rival circuit protector manufacturer is on the hook for $100 million.

The complaint, filed Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, alleges that Littelfuse has violated its contractual obligations to pay assumed royalties, incurring massive infringement liabilities when the license agreement was terminated.
