Citrix Renews Push For Sanctions In Patent Case

Law360, New York (February 22, 2010, 3:13 PM EST) -- In a long-running patent infringement dispute brought by an inventor against Citrix Systems Inc. over remote computer access technology, the software company has renewed its effort to have a federal judge sanction the plaintiff for false deposition testimony.

The case, as well as the sanctions issue, already survived a trip to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, which remanded it in 2009 to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida to determine whether sanctions were still warranted, among other matters....
