International Aluminum Disclosure Gets Court OK

Law360, New York (February 22, 2010, 12:51 PM EST) -- A bankruptcy court judge has approved International Aluminum Corp.'s amended disclosure statement, putting off the objections of unsecured creditors and bringing the company one step closer to exiting bankruptcy protection.

Judge Mary F. Walrath of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware signed off on the disclosure statement Friday but did not address the concerns of the official committee of unsecured creditors.
