EU Scopes Duties For Chinese Glossy Paper

Law360, New York (February 22, 2010, 5:38 PM EST) -- Trade relations between China and the European Union show little sign of relaxing as European regulators begin to investigate whether glossy magazine and brochure paper from China is being sold below fair value.

Prompted by a trade association, The European Commission announced Thursday in the EU's official journal that it is formally looking into allegations that coated fine paper from China is being dumped across Europe, harming EU industry.
