Angstrom Hits Benteler Over Chrysler Parts Pact

Law360, New York (February 23, 2010, 1:39 PM EST) -- Auto parts manufacturer Angstrom-USA LLC sued Benteler Automotive Corp. for breach of contract and fraud after Benteler allegedly reneged on a promise that Angstrom would be the sole manufacturer of certain Chrysler LLC parts for two years.

Angstrom filed a complaint on Monday in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, accusing Benteler of violating a 2007 sourcing agreement between the two companies.
