US To Reimburse Huffy For Duty-Free Kids' Cycles

Law360, New York (February 24, 2010, 12:50 PM EST) -- The federal government has agreed to refund to Huffy Corp. duties it paid on imported children's pedal cycles, which U.S. Customs and Border Protection liquidated under a dutiable tariff category when the products in question actually were duty-free.

A clerk for the U.S. Court of International Trade on Monday filed a stipulated judgment on an agreed statement of facts and closed the case.
