Ky. Authority Preempted In AT&T Unbundling Suit

Law360, New York (February 24, 2010, 2:37 PM EST) -- A federal judge has handed down a mixed ruling in an AT&T Inc. subsidiary's suit challenging a Kentucky regulator's authority to order it to provide low-cost network services to a competing local exchange carrier, invalidating several of the regulator's orders but ruling that AT&T must still provide certain of those services.
