New Haven Firefighters Ask Judge To Recuse Herself

Law360, New York (February 24, 2010, 5:07 PM EST) -- The white firefighters in New Haven, Conn., who saw their discrimination case go all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court are attempting to get the trial judge who ruled against them in the first place to recuse herself from a suit seeking to restore their back pay.
