Gryphon Adds Contract Claims To Do-Not-Call IP Fight

Law360, New York (February 25, 2010, 4:34 PM EST) -- Gryphon Networks Corp. has amended a patent infringement lawsuit against Contact Center Compliance Corp. over do-not-call registry technology, alleging that the rival interfered with an employment contract by hiring a former Gryphon global account executive as director of sales.

In an amended complaint filed Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, Gryphon also accuses David Keim, who worked at the company from September 2008 to October, of breach of contract and implied covenant of good faith.
