To Reverse Citizens United, Change Constitution: Sens.

Law360, New York (February 25, 2010, 4:24 PM EST) -- Sens. Chris Dodd, D-Conn., and co-sponsor Tom Udall, D-N.M., have proposed amending the U.S. Constitution to reverse the Supreme Court's controversial Citizens United ruling.

The two senators on Wednesday introduced an amendment that would overrule the decision, which found that Congress does not have the ability to regulate corporate political campaign spending, by giving Congress the authority to do just that.
